These terms apply to your use of the Altitude Well website and digital guides. By using the site or purchasing a guide, you agree to these terms together with any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
Digital products and licence
Altitude Well guides are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use. You may save and print a personal copy. You may not share download links or files, upload them publicly, reproduce them for a group, resell them, translate and redistribute them, or use them to create a competing product without prior written permission.
Educational wellness information
Our guides provide general educational information about wellness, routines, recovery, movement, and lifestyle. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or a substitute for a qualified professional. Stop any activity that causes pain or concerning symptoms and seek appropriate care.
Cabin crew and other safety-sensitive professionals must always follow employer policies, aviation regulations, fatigue procedures, medical restrictions, and operational instructions. The guides do not determine fitness for duty.
Purchases and delivery
Gumroad provides checkout, acts as merchant of record for eligible transactions, processes payment and applicable indirect taxes, and facilitates delivery. Prices are displayed in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Currency conversion and payment-provider terms may affect the final local amount.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy, Gumroad’s applicable policies, and any non-waivable consumer rights.
Intellectual property
The website, brand, written content, guide design, graphics, and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to Altitude Well and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights transfer when a product is purchased.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep descriptions accurate and downloads available, but may correct errors, update products, or change availability. To the extent permitted by law, Altitude Well is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or guides. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.
